I use an assessment that requires muscle testing and tapping certain points to check all of your 14 meridians. I also check your 7 main chakras, your radiant circuits and your auric field..
After noting what is ‘over’ or ‘under’ energy, I often do the Quickie Energy Balance on the table. I find this corrects several things. From there I focus on anything still out of balance and correct it. You’re given self care techniques to use that will reinforce the correction.
